# The Earth Diet · The Harvest Kitchen

One hundred everyday recipes built from the Harvest 100, with quantities. US customary measures; olive oil means extra-virgin; oven temperatures in Fahrenheit.

## I. The Morning Table

The first meal sets the glucose curve, the hunger curve, and the microbiome's day. Every recipe here front-loads fiber, protein, and living cultures so the rest of the day coasts. If you adopt one course, adopt this one; the Earth Bowl alone delivers most of a day's fiber before most people have had coffee.

## II. Salads of Five Colors

Color is chemistry, and a raw salad is where the most heat-sensitive chemistry survives intact: vitamin C, folate, the enzymes that make sulforaphane.
