The Harvest Kitchen · 100 everyday recipes in ten courses

The Recipes

One hundred recipes built entirely from the Harvest 100, every ingredient measured, so the science on the list becomes dinner on the table.

Every recipe below is assembled from the Harvest 100. The page reads like a menu: ten courses, ten dishes each. Open a dish and you get the foods it draws on, every ingredient with its quantity, the method, and a "Provides" line that totals up what the dish actually delivers. Pantry basics (salt, pepper, vinegars, broth) are listed where they matter; olive oil means extra-virgin, always.

Treat every recipe as a template, not a law. Swap within a color family freely: kale for spinach, trout for salmon, blackberries for blueberries. The stack philosophy applies in the kitchen too: cook once, eat twice, and let one honest pot carry two days. For the nights that call for something more, the Occasion Table holds one hundred more.

The kitchen rule

Five colors a day, a ferment at dinner, fish twice a week, spice on everything, and dessert that comes from an orchard or a cacao pod. That is the whole cookbook in one sentence; the next hundred recipes are just proof it tastes good.

Provides

What the dish delivers

The Provides line is the union of what each ingredient brings: lycopene from cooked tomatoes, allicin from garlic, live cultures from kefir. It is the reason the recipe is on the site, stated in nutrients instead of adjectives.
